Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    1 scallion stalk
    2 cloves garlic
    1.5 tsp curry powder
    1.5 tbsp oil
    2 fl. oz. water
    salt and pepper to tast

Directions

Add all ingredients in food processor and blend. Eyeball water so as it is not too dry. Taste and serve!
