Oats soaked overnight to infuse flavours. No cooking required! Oats soaked overnight to infuse flavours. No cooking required!
Number of Servings: 1


    1/4 cup oats
    1/8 c maple syrup
    1/8 c lite soy milk
    1/4 c apple sauce
    1 tsp cinnamon


In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, all of the flavours will be incorporated, and you can eat it straight away! The oats don't need to be cooked.
Serves 1.

  • I've wanted to try overnight oats for awhile now but wanted to try a recipe where I had the ingredients on hand. The only change I made was the milk didn't have soy milk so used skim milk. Just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be making this again, adding this to my favorites. - 6/3/17
