Ingredients

    2 lb. Flank Steak
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. tequila
    5 gloves garlic, devided
    2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
    2 tsp. whrcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 green bell pepper, sliced
    1 white onion, sliced

Directions

Wisk together the lime juice, tequila, cilantro, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 1 tbsp oil, worcestershire, oregano, cayanne pepper, cumin, coriander. Pour into ziptop bag. Place flank steak in bag, remove all air and seal bag. Place in dish and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours.

Remove the meat from bag and pat dry. Grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Wrap in foil and let sit for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Cook bell peppers and onion for 10 - 15 minutes until soft and carmelized. Add remaning minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Thinly slice meat agains grain. Add to vegetables and mix. Serve with tortillas.
