This large salad serves up to 10 people This large salad serves up to 10 people
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Salsa:
    4 med. tomatoes diced
    1/2 diced onion
    1 chopped garlic clove
    2 diced jalapeno peppers
    the juice of 2 limes
    1/4 c. of cilantro
    1 tsp sea salt
    Mix ingredients and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve the salad.
    Salad Ingredients:
    2 chopped chicken breasts (grilled)
    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
    1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
    12 sliced strawberries
    1/2 c dried cranberries
    1 chopped apple
    1 c chopped carrots
    1/2 c sunflower seeds
    1 c feta cheese
    1/2 cup light vinaigrette salad dressing


Directions

Toss all salad ingredients together and top with salsa.

Makes 10 entree sized servings.
