Ingredients

    1 medium portabella mushrooms
    2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    a dash of Goya Adobo (all purpose seasoning) with cumin
    1 spray of Pam cooking spray
    1 Tbsp of pico de Gallo or your favorite salsa
    1 Tbsp of Queso Fresco or your favorite crumbling cheese.
    1 tsp of sour cream
    1 Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin


Directions

Rinse Portabellas lightly under water and wipe with paper towel.
Prepare outdoor grill or indoor grill pan.
Don't forget to spray (Pam) non-stick spray.
Whisk together Worcestershire sauceand Adobo seasoning, brush on both sides of Portabella.
Grill your portabellas, covered with grill lid over medium heat (350-400 degrees) for 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
Serve on toasted English Muffin and add other ingredients to taste.
Enjoy.

    I have not tried this yet but just a warning. If you are a vegetarian (no fish) then skip the worcestershire --- it contains anchovies - 1/3/10

    I am going to try this one because I LOVE portabellas... However.. please don't rinse the mushrooms under water, this causes them to be tougher. Just take a damp towel or paper towel and wipe them off gently. I'll be sure to rate this when I try it.. it SOUNDS delicious. Thanks for sharing. - 11/13/09
