Introduction

The milk and bread crumbs are not exact measurments... my mother in law told me the secret to meatloaf holding together was the milk. When I use to make meatloaf without milk, I could never get it to hold together or taste the same. Since using her recipe, God rest her soul, my meatloaf turns out every time. Ingredients

    2lb ground beef
    1/3 cup tomato sauce (appx)
    1/2 cup evaporated milk (appx)
    Green peppers (depends on you, how much you want)
    1 Cup bread crumbs (appx)
    1 egg



Directions

Bake at 350F

mix all together and put in pan. I use a glass 13x9 dish and cut it length wise, then cut across. I don't measure the milk, tomato sauce or bread crumbs, these are approximates only.
