Introduction

Makes 2 delicious pies - put any kind of fruit you like a mixed variety is very good. Makes 2 delicious pies - put any kind of fruit you like a mixed variety is very good.

Ingredients

    The filling:
    2 Eggs
    1 1/3 Cup Sour Crem
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 Cup White sugar
    1/3 Cup White Flour
    3-4 Cups fruit any variety

    The topping:
    1/2 Cup White flour
    1/2 Cup loosely packed brown sugar
    1/4 Cup chilled Butter

Directions

The filling:
Beat eggs, wisk in sour creme and vanilla.
Mix sugar & flour and add to egg mixture.
Fold in fruit.
Pour in Crust and bake at 400 F for 30 - 35 minutes or untill centre in almost set.

The topping:
Mix Sugar, flour and cut in buttter. Sprinkle over pie and return to oven for another 10 0 15 minutes.

Serve warm or room temperature
