Light Banana Bread Light Banana Bread
Number of Servings: 12


    Yellow Cake Mix
    3 eggs or Egg beater equivilent
    Water as suggested on cake mix
    3 mashed bananas (instead of oil)


Mash 3 Bananas
Prepare cake mix as directed
add bananas instead of oil
Pour into two small bread pans - sprayed with flour pam (can then sprinkle pan with sugar but not needed)
Bake on 350 for 45 min (give or take - until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean)
Remove from pans and wrap in foil to "cool"
Makes 2 loaves

    Used 2 eggs, and 4 bananas, plus a handful of chopped walnuts. Baked at 375 for 15 min, then reduced to 350 until done. Made 1 large loaf. - 9/24/18

    This was very good and simple to make. I cut mine into smaller pieces so it would be less calories per piece. - 9/26/11
