Ingredients

    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup no sugar added crushed pineapple
    1 teaspoon of Splenda Brown Sugar blend
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of onion salt
    16 large shrimp with tail on-raw

Directions

Mix the red wine vinegar, brown sugar and spices in a bowl that can be used to marinade the shrimp. Mash the pineapple and add to the mixture. Place raw shrimp in marinade for 4-6 hours, or longer.

Grill for 10-15 minutes.

    Goodness!! This sounds heavenly!! Cannot wait to try it. I think I will keep some of the pineapple to grill and serve with it, using skewers. - 8/7/09
