Ingredients

    One package Lean ground turkey
    ,5 can tomatoes
    .5 can black beans
    Handful of fresh basil
    10-15 leaves fresh mint
    3 cloves garlic minced
    3 0z fat free feta
    2 tbs greek seasoning
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp cumin
    kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

turn grill on high-- Makes 9-10 burgers

put turkey in a mixing bowl along with minced garlic, seasonings, feta, and chopped herbs
put half a can each of beans and tomatoes in a smaller bowl and smash with fork. Add to turkey mixture. Mix well and form 9-10 burgers. Grill to well done. Serve inside lettuce cups with grilled red peppers and hummus.

    Very Good
    This recipe was great! I made it for my family and they loved it! I didn't add any mint, greek seasoning, or cumin though. I did sub the seasoning for an italian one. Would make great meatballs also! =] - 1/9/10
