    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Oats, .5 cup (remove)
    Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup (remove)
    Designer Whey Protein 100 cal French Vanilla (1 scoop), 3 serving (remove)


Mix applesauce and flour until smooth. Stir in half of the oats, and add 3 scoops of whey protein powder. Spray a muffin pan with Non-stick cooking spray and divide mixture into each (12) cups. Use remaining oats to top off muffins. Sprinkle wheat germ over oats and use a butterknife to turn crumbling once in each cup to slightly mix the topping. Bake at 350 for 25min. Cool slightly and refrigerate leftovers.
