6 C water
2 C great northern beans
7oz cooked, diced chicken
8 t dry onion soup base (5cal/teas)
177g Kale, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
Directions
Put all ingredients into crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. EASY!!
