Ingredients

    1.25 lbs. Flank steak (cubed)
    1 box Japanese Curry Roux
    1 small potato (diced)
    15 baby carrots (sliced)
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    Cooked rice

Directions

Prepare rice as directed. Brown meat and onions in olive oil. Add carrots & potatoes and engouh water to cover all ingredients. Birng to boil and let simmer for 30 minutes with lid. Add curry roux.
