    * *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, .50 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Allspice, .50 tsp (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
    * Yellow Cornmeal, .25 cup (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .50 cup, packed (remove)
    * Omega-3 Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * *Omega-3 Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.50 cup (remove)
    * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

MIX DRY INGREDIANTS AND WET SEPERATELY, EXCEPT WALNUTS AND BLUEBERRIES. THEN COMBINE. MIX IN WALNUTS AND BLUEBERRIES. POUR INTO A 9X5-INCH LOAF PAN SPRAYED WITH VEGETABLE OIL SPRAY. DO NOT OVERMIX.

SLICE AND SERVE WITH LOW FAT FROZEN VANILLA YOGURT IF DESIRED.
