Ingredients

    1 lb Orzo pasta
    1/4 cup olive oil
    salt
    1 avacado, cut into small cubes
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 shallots, minced
    1 jalapeno chili, minced
    juice of 1/2 orange
    grated zest of 1 lemon
    3 oz feta cheese
    leaves from 6 fresh majoram sprigs, chopped

Directions

Cook orzo until al dente 8-10 min.
Rinse under cold water and drain.
Add remaining ingredients and enjoy.
