Introduction

    1/4 avocado diced
    1/4 cup onion diced
    1 tbsp pickle relish
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 oz mozzarella cheese

    I mashed the avocado and the balsamic together to make it like a dressing. And my 2 year old, who's allergic to the eggs in mayo, LOVES this. - 6/8/11
