Yummy and easy chicken and rice meal. Yummy and easy chicken and rice meal.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can green chilies
    1 cup salsa
    1 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar
    2 tpsp fat free sour cream
    2 cups whole grain brown rice
    1 1/2 tpsp cream
    1/2 cup diced onions
    pepper and spices to taste

Directions

mix all wet goods
boil rice-not too done
cut chicken into small pieces
mix everything together
bake on 350 for 45-1 hour
makes 10 one cup servings
