Introduction

As a veggie I need my complex carbs to start my day....oats, banana, nuts, berries, yogurt. YUM! A good serving of fibre too! You will definitely be left satisfied. Ingredients

    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1/3 cup
    Water, 2/3 cup
    *Mixed Nuts, unsalted, 2 Tbsp
    Blueberries, fresh, 1/3 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1/2
    Strawberries, fresh, 3 large
    Yoplait yogurt, light 100g (any flavour to sweeten)

Directions

Cook oats with water for 1 minute
Slice banana and strawberries and mix in other ingredients. ENJOY! Very filling :)

    This is one of my favorite breakfasts for energy. I usually don't include the yogurt because I'm filled with just the oatmeal & fruit. - 6/11/09

    Whoa, that's a lot of carbs and calories! I would probably think twice about that, although it sounds tasty. - 6/11/09
