Ingredients

chicken breast with bone and skin, tomato sauce, onion, cinnamon, tumeric, butter( optional)
Directions
Wash the chicken breast( about two pounds). Then lay them in the bottom of a pan. Pour boiling water to about 3/4 way up (not covering the chicken). Add some onion, salt and pepper to the pot and let it cook for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, sautee the chopped onion in another pan.
When the chicken is mostly cooked, to the point where you can take it off the bone without too much difficulty, remove it from the heat.
Carefully, remove the skin and bone from the chicken. Add the chicken to the sauteed onion, top with the chicken broth you just created by cooking the chicken . Next add the tumeric (1tsp), cinnamon( tbsp) and tomato sauce ( 1 cup). Simmer for at last 30 minutes, or until flavor has fully developed and seeped into the meat.
Add butter toward the end for richness.
