Easy, refreshing salsa. Serve it over fish! Easy, refreshing salsa. Serve it over fish!
Number of Servings: 6


    Tomatillos, 2 oz., diced
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped finely
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped finely
    Pepper, chipotle or cayenne, 1 tsp
    1 Mango, peeled and cut into small cubes
    Lime Juice, 1 teaspoon
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, rough chopped


Combine ingredients into a bowl with a lid. Cover and shake. Serve. Serving size is about 1/2 c. Makes 6 servings.
