Ingredients

    6 oz Albacore tune (packed in water), drained and flaked
    1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
    1/4 cup light mayo
    2 TBSP thinly sliced green onion
    2 TBSP raisins
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp curry powder
    2 Thomas multigrain Light English Muffins, split and toasted
    4 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, combine tuna, celery, mayo, onions, raisins, lemon juice, salt, and curry powder. Spread about 1/4 cup on each muffin half; top with cheese. Broil 4" from heat for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
