Ingredients

    8 oz of beef cubed steak
    1 cup of cut bell peppers
    1/2 cup cut onions
    1/2 can of basil oregano tomatoes
    2 cups brown rice (boil in the bag)
    garlic powder
    1 T soy sauce

Directions

Add all ingredients to frying pan except rice. Cook over low heat until meat is done completely. Serve over rice. Calories include rice.
