Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head of fresh cauliflower
    1 c Sargento reduced fat cheese
    4 tbsp Hellman's olive oil mayo
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Cook cauliflower in 1 in salted water until tender. Drain and spread in casserole dish. Mix cheese, salt, mayo together. Spread over cauliflower. Bake at 350 for 20min.
