Ingredients

    16 oz. fat free sour cream
    1 oz. packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
    1 red bell pepper top and seeds removed (you can also cut another bell pepper into strips to serve with the dip)
    8 oz. baked blue corn tortilla chips

Directions

Mix together sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Spoon mixture into the bell pepper. Place the bell pepper on a white serving platter. Arrange blue chips around red pepper.
