Ingredients

    1 # beef top sirloin stead, fat trimmed
    (chili powder and garlic salt)
    1 bag of mixed salad greens
    1/2 bag of baby spinach leaves
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 large tomato, diced
    (1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup oil & vinegar dressing)

Directions

Sprinkle both sides ofstead with chili powder and garlic salt. Cook steak in non-stick skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Carve steak into thin strips. Combine salad greens, black beans, corn salsa and salad dressing in large bowl. Divide evenly on 4-6 plates. Top each with steak strips and tomato. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with Butter Buds and garlic salt. Bake 10 minutes; slice.
