Introduction

A very easy , quick and tasty meal. Pop it in your slow cooker, let it cook for the day , add bbq sauce, shred and voila dinner is ready. It is not intended for people watching their cholesterol intake. A very easy , quick and tasty meal. Pop it in your slow cooker, let it cook for the day , add bbq sauce, shred and voila dinner is ready. It is not intended for people watching their cholesterol intake.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    5lbs. - pork butt, or shoulder
    Rub w/ salt & pepper
    14 oz. - beef broth
    1/4 cup - coffee
    Splash of liquid smoke
    3 tbsp. - Bulls Eye BBQ sauce

Directions

1. Rub pork roast with salt & pepper.

2. Place in slow cooker.

3. Mix beef broth and coffee together and pour
around pork roast. Add a splach of liquid
smoke.

4. Set slow cooker on low and cook for 6 - 8 hrs.

5. Take pork roast out of slow cooker when done
and shred with two fork until the entire roast is
shredded. Add the bbq sauce and mix in.

6. Put pulled pork between hamburger buns,
add a tossed salad and you have a meal.

Makes 24 - 1/2 cup servings
