Ingredients

    1# Pasta PLUS, cook according to package instructions
    1 med zucchini shredded
    1 onion chopped
    1 jar of favorite tomato sauce
    8 oz mozzerlla cheese, shredded


Directions

Saute veggies, add sauce. Combine with pasta and 1/2 of cheese. Add to casserole dish or 9X12 glass pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted a bubbly

*Can add any veggies--bell pepepr and frozen peas are good.
I also add Italian-style turkey sausage when looking for a meat option, just brown before adding veg to the pan
