Introduction

I made these for my lovely diabetic husband. I made these for my lovely diabetic husband.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tbsp walnuts
    1 tbsp peanuts
    1 tbsp sunflower seeds
    3 tbsp dates
    2 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

Grind up nuts in blender until pieces are somewhat small. Put into mixing bowl. Grind up dates until paste-like and add to bowl. Add peanut butter and form into bar and put into the fridge.
