Ingredients

    fresh cauliflour, 4 cup chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 small chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, .66 cup drained and rinsed
    Zuchini, 1.5 cup sliced 1/2 inch pieces
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    Bullion - Chicken - 3 Cubes crushed
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, .5 tsp
    Basil, 1/2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Salt, 2 dash
    Water 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1/2 cup
    Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 1 cup

Directions

mix all ingredients well. Throw into a crock pot and cook on low 8 hours. makes 4 - 2 cup servings - serve as a side dish or as a meatless dinner.
