Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 medium, whisked
    1 tbsp nonfat milk
    1 tsp oil
    Chilli, green, fresh, 0.25 pepper very finely chopped
    Red onion, 0.25 cup, finely chopped
    Coriander, fresh, 1 serving
    Tomato, 0.25 medium, finely diced
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    pinch of methi
    pinch of seasoning (optional, tiny pinch of chilli powder)

Directions

Beat together the egg and milk, season to taste.

Heat the oil in frypan and add the onion, fresh chilli and tomato and cook for a minute or two.

Mix the rest of the ingredients into the beaten egg, pour into omelete pan and cook.
