Ingredients
* Stewed Tomatoes, 194 grams (remove)
* Tomato Sauce, 1.7 cup (remove)
* Tomato Sauce, 1.7 cup (remove)
* Amylu chicken,Gouda and apple sausage 1 link, 6 serving (remove)
* Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 1 serving (remove)
* Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
* Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
* Shrimp, raw, 12 oz (remove)
* Scallops (broiled, 6 large or 14 small), 1.5 serving (remove)
* Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
* Thyme, fresh, 11 tsp (remove)
* Louisiana hot sauce 1 tsp (5ml), 2 serving (remove)
* *worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Olivio, Olivio Premium Spread with Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
* Corn Starch, .02 cup (remove)
Directions
makes 8 - 2 cup servings
melt olivio in 8 qrt pot..add starch(I use kuzu root) add bell pepper,onion and celery(didn't use celery in this one cause I never had any in the house.)
Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.
Add spices:
garlic
cajun spice
liquid smoke or a mesquite
hot sauce
cracked pepper
worsteshire sauce
2 bay leafs(fresh)
thyme(fresh chopped)
red pepper(if you like it super spicy)
add cut up sausage (cook until flavors settle(about 45 min) on med low
add shrimp and scallops cook on low until seafood is cooked
add 3/4 cup(dry) cooked rice (you can add more..I only had 3/4 of a cup in the house) The calories would have to be recalculated.
