Ingredients

1.5 lbs cooked chicken cut up or shredded
1 cup green, red or mixed grapes (cut in half)
1 Lg rib of celery, diced
1 cup light Hellemann's mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 packet sweetner (can use more if you like)
3 T orange Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Best if chilled for a few hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers. Serve on light bread with a lettuce leaf. The bread adds 80 calories.
