Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    2 c. strong brewed green tea
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp lemon extract
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Brew the tea. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until very cold. Stir in cold whipping cream, vanilla and lemon.

Pour mixture into ice cream maker. Freeze in machine for 25-30 min or per manufacturer instructions.

Makes 8 1/2 c. servings.

    Very Good
    Loved this. It was a great guideline. My changes: I used 1/2 cup regular cream and 1/2 cup fat free half & half. I also cut the sugar in half and added 1/4 cup honey. - 10/28/09
