Ingredients

    8 cups packed cubed white bread crumbs (cubed 1/4 inch)
    1 cup 1% milk
    4 eggs
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup raisins, dries cranberries or cherries

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 F, spray muffin tin with Pam.

Mix bread crumbs and milk in a bowl for at least 10 minutes

Combine eggs,sugar,butter,vanilla and cinnamon in a seperate bowl. Add raisins, cranberries or cherries

Combine egg miture with bread mixture. Spoon into muffin pan, filling to top, press down if need be.

bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes than remove

makes 12 muffins
