    8 ozs of Beef Tips
    2 4oz cans of mushrooms
    1 16 package of Egg Noodles
    2 T of corn Starch


Cook the beef tips till tender. Cook the egg noodles according to the directions! Once everything is done combine the items in a big pot and and keep the liquid in the pans and thinken with corn starch and water. You can use flour instead to thicken!
Makes 20 8 oz servings.
