    2 cups V8, 3 cups chicken stock, 1 lb beef stew meat, 1 large onion (diced), cilantro to taste, two cans of ro-tel, 1 can diced green chiles, 1 banana pepper, pinch of cayenne, 3 large carrots (chopped), 1 large green bell pepper (diced), 1 banana pepper (diced), 1 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 large zucchini (chopped), 1 can green beans, juice of two small limes, paprika and cumin to taste


Combine all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours, then on low for 4 hours.
