Ingredients

    1 Cup Luke Warm Milk
    1 pkg yeast (2.25 tsp)
    3 Cups Flour
    2 TBSP Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Jumbo Egg (Can use any size for this recipe, I used Jumbo)

Directions

Serving size: 18 2 inch rolls

Heat milk to luke warm (just warm to the touch) Put the milk and yeast in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Let sit for 5 minutes. In the mean time mearsure out other ingredients.

Put Flour in a large mixing bowl.
Put egg and oil in a small bowl.
Put Sugar and salt in a small bowl.

Blend the milk mixture again on high for 30 seconds. Add the Egg and Oil, then the sugar and salt. Blend on high for a minute or two. Add mixture to Flour and stir until completely mixed. Place a towel over the dough mixture and place in a warm location for 2 hours to rise.

Spray cooking spray onto cookie sheet. After 2 hours knead the dough and cut off 18 small pieces and form into a roll. Place the roll onto the cookie sheet. After all rolls are formed, cover with a towel and allow to raise for 2 hours. (the longer they raise, the fluffier they will be.)

Bake at 350 degrees or until roll is golden brown.
