Ingredients

    93% lean ground turkey, 16 oz.
    Black Beans, 1 can
    Red Kidney Beans, 1 can
    Chili Powder, 2 Tbs
    Ground Cumin, 2 Tbs
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbs
    Shredded reduced fat mexican cheese, 1 cup
    Smart balance 50/50 butter blend, 1 Tbs
    1 Egg
    Nonfat milk, 3/4 cup
    Whole Grain Cornbread Mix, such as Hodgson Mill, 1.5 cup dry mix
    Garlic, minced, 4 cloves
    Brown sugar, 2 Tbs

Directions

Brown ground turkey in skillet with spices. Add beans, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and water. In small bowl, mix cornbread mix, milk, egg, butter. Pour turkey mixture into casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. Pour corn bread mixture on top and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
