Introduction

This cake is yummy but probably not the healthiest but in a small proportion it isnt too bad and they are a decent portion. This recipe is a double batch so cut it in half if you want a smaller cake. If you use light ingredients and substitute sugar the calories will obviously go down and be healthier. It is a very moist cake. Goes really nice with a mint icing but that is not included. Ingredients

    300grams self raising flour
    5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    4 eggs
    6 tablespoons of margarine
    2 cups sugar
    2/3 cup milk

Directions

Preheat your oven to 160'C if a fan forced oven or 180'C if not. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with an electric beater until mixed well and a paler colour. Grease a large caketin (i like to use the spray oil). Place in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until the middle springs back when touched. Allow to cool. Makes 12 even portions.
