Whether out of the crockpot, or out of the freezer, this makes a delicious dinner to serve to your family.*Don't omit the butter, the original called for 1/2 cup butter with 1 pkg of italian seasoning. Ingredients

3/4 cup light Italian Dressing (not fat free)
1 T butter
3 cups boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 box reduced fat cream cheese or neufachella (sp?)
12 oz bag of no yolk egg noodles
Directions
Turn slow cooker on high. Melt butter and mix with italian dressing. Add cubes of raw chicken. Stir to coat with butter and dressing. Cover and cook for 2 hours. Add soup and cream cheese. Stir until creamy. At this point, either put in a freezer bag for another meal, or heat until soup is warm, and serve over noodles. Delicious! It is so easy to make 2 (or 3 if you have a large crockpot) of these meals and put some in the freezer for another day. When putting in the freezer, put the chicken and sauce into a quart sized freezer bag. When ready to use, simply put the bag in the fridge in the morning. When you get home, pour it into a casserole and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until hot an bubbly. While it's in the oven, put a bag of no yolk egg noodles onto boil. This is great with steamed asparagus or broccoli!
