Ingredients

    Salad:
    5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can corn, drained
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1.5 cups colby/jack cheese made with 2% milk, shredded

    Dressing:
    3 tbsp salsa
    3 tbsp light sour cream

Directions

Combine and toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix salsa and sour cream. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
