Introduction

This is a salad I found from the website for the Wright Ride which takes place each year in Dayton Ohio. It's a great summer salad with broccoli slaw, cole slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is oil, vinegar, sugar and the flavor packet from the Ramen noodles. Very Good
I'm from Dayton too! My Husband was a member of the cycling club and would rave about this salad (always served at the Wright Wride). It is a regular at all school sports banquets, church potlucks, and family get-togethers. I was surprized to find the recipe listed here under the name I know and love - 5/30/10
