Ingredients

    2 large oranges
    1 pink grapefruit
    1 small avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    2 large plum tomatoes, seeded, coarsely chopped
    1 Tbsp chopped shallot
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 large radishes, thinly sliced

Directions

Using a sharp knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges and grapefruit. Working over a bowl, cut between membranes to release segments. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use or up to 4 hours.

Place avocado in large bowl. Add lemon juice and toss gently to coat. Add tomatoes, shallots, basil and garlic and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Mound avocado salad in center of plates. Surround salad with citrus segments and radishes and serve.
