You CAN have french toast on a diet! You CAN have french toast on a diet!

Ingredients

    2 slices Healthy Life Whole Wheat Bread
    1/2 cup liquid egg whites
    2 tablespoons 2% milk
    2 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except bread.
Dunk bread in mixture, coating and soaking completely.
Cook on non-stick pan- no butter!
Eat with sugar-free maple syrup.
