Ingredients

    filling
    3-8 oz packages of cream cheese
    3 large eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup Splenda

    topping
    3 medium stawberries
    10 oz sour cream
    3 Tb splenda
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and start mixing on the medium on mixer. add one egg at a time, and beat in,. Then beat in Splenda and vanilla.

Topping
mix strawberries sour cream, splenda and vanilla together. I used my magic bullet or use small food processor. top a graceful tablespoon on each one, put back into the oven for no more than 5-6 minutes.
