Introduction
Low carb, quick to make and delicious. Low carb, quick to make and delicious.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
1 lb. hamburg (I use regular, for the taste and because I'm on a low carb diet. If you are concerned about calories or fat, use low fat hamburg); 3 stalks of celery chopped; 1 large onion chopped; Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Makes two servings
Put meat on to fry, spreading it out so that it is evenly distributed over pan; chop and add celery and onions
Add Worchestershire Sauce, salt & pepper.
Cook to the doneness you enjoy.
I like my celery and onions still crisp. If you want them well done, start to cook them before adding the beef.
If you like, add mushrooms or other goodies.
Fast, easy, delicious.
For family members who aren't low carb, rice or potatoes can be added or served.
A salad completes a great meal.
And left overs make a breakfast that really sticks to the ribs!
