Ingredients

1 (16 oz..) fat free cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple( in it's own juice),slightly drained
1 pkt. sugar free jello (any flavor you wish)
1 cup fat free cool whip
Directions
mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour. enjoy!
