Ingredients

    1 package Butterball Turkey Kielbasa- thin sliced
    1 yellow squash- thin sliced
    1 zucchini - thin sliced
    1 bell pepper-chopped
    1 onion-chopped
    1 can Hunt's Fire roasted garlic diced tomatoes
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cook the kielbasa first in the olive oil until crispy. Remove from pan and add squash, zucchini pepper and onions (add a splash of oil if needed). Cook until browned then add tomatoes- undrained- and the kielbasa. Cook until most of the fluid cooks down. Serve over pasta (not included in calories calculation). Good with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese (also not in calculations).
