Ingredients

2 oz pasta (400 cal)
.5 cup sliced mushrooms
spinach
1 clove garlic
1 cup milk
.5 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
2 oz chopped chicken breast
.33 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sauce:
Pour milk into saucepan, and turn on medium low heat.
When it starts to heat up, gradually add the cheese, stirring constantly so that it melts and mixes with the milk. Add pepper, some salt, and half of the garlic clove, chopped.
Heat non-stick saucepan and add sliced mushrooms, stirring gently until they release their water. Then add butter, salt and half of the garlic clove chopped. Let simmer until liquid disappears.
Chop chicken and spinach, Cook pasta.
When the pasta is cooked, strain it, and then return it to the large pan, add all the mushrooms, chicken, spinach, and sauce and mix well. Serve.
