Ingredients

    1/2 cup raw organic black sesame seeds (ground into butter)
    1/2 cup raw organic honey
    1 cup raw organic cocoa powder
    1 cup raw organic cocoa butter (melted)
    1/2 cup raw raspberries
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 tbsp dried raw organic cherries
    2 tbsp water

Directions

Blend black sesame seeds until ground into a butter, add cocoa powder to a bowl, add sesame seeds and salt. In a blender blend honey, water and raspberries until smooth. In a pan heat oil until liquid, add to the the blender with the raspberry liquid and mix until smooth. Add liquid to powder and mix until uniform syrup is created. Pour chocolate into moulds, set moulds, sprinkle with dried fruit and place in the freezer for 10 -20 minutes. Remove from moulds and store in the refrigerator. Serves 6, rich bars.
